This is my favourite local gem, not far from Münchner Freiheit. I go there regularly for Michela’s fabulous cakes and coffee, and also for lunch and dinner. Lots of regular customers go to enjoy Sclupet’s unique food from the Valtellina alpine area of Italy. Not like any other Italian restaurant I’ve tried. It is simple comfort food, freshly made and healthy. Try the pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta) - regularly featured on Wednesdays. They cater for vegetarians and vegans too. The wines from the area are also really good.

We liked it very much, a warm atmosphere with a very good wine and cheese. Absolutely recommended as an insider tip in the environment of increasing system catering in Munich.

Always worth a visit! The delicious and high quality cuisine from the Italian Alps provides taste excursions and great surprises. Very nice, family atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy!

What to say? A pleasant surprise in Munich: Sclupet! The name already reminds you of the blooming meadows and the children's games, you enter and a radiant smile welcomes you. It's Michela, friendly and enthusiastic, happy to make you feel at home. I look around and see great attention to detail, simple but with excellent taste. I am attracted by an exhibitor, high quality wines from Valtellina, honey and other delicacies that only Valtellina produces. With friends we decide to try very caloric Valtellina dishes, even if we want, the choice includes salads and vegan specialties. Fantastic Pizzocheri, a scent of aromas and pesteda that already satisfies the sense of smell. The portion is abundant and they are delicious. Also beautiful to see. Someone chooses Saracen dumplings and someone else Saracen ravioli, all magical. Are we in Bormio? Maybe it's the wine, maybe the company, or maybe it's Michela who knows how to surprise and recreate a corner of Valtellina paradise right here, where we didn't expect it. To try. It will be a charm.
